At BEXST, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BEXST account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and hangtags are securely included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
